Located at the northern end of the Bay of Pigs, this hotel allows you to enjoy the beach at the edge of the Caribbean Sea and even more, due to its previleged location in the geographic center of the Gran Parque Natural Montemar (Montemar Great Natural Park), the refuge of the most significant bird species in the country.
At the hotel you can find the International Bird Watching Center, besides offering the best dive places in the Natural Park.
Underwater areas are of incredible beauty due to the abrupt underwater wall and the easy access from the coast. There you can admire black coral formations, gorgonians and sponges.
You will also have the chance of diving into underwater caves of speleological interest within the lake system of Montemar, some of them with depths of up to 70 meters. Here you find species of blind fish.
